Israel Times: Mediators believe US and Iran may restart memorandum of understanding

According to the Israel Times, before the meeting between Netanyahu and President Trump, the mediators believed that a breakthrough agreement was close to being reached and that the memorandum of understanding signed between the United States and Iran last month was expected to be restarted.
