The US Senate passes procedural vote on sanctions against Russia and Iran bill

On July 28th local time, the US Senate voted 86 in favor and 12 against a procedural vote on a bill to sanction Russia and Iran. The US will impose 100% secondary tariffs on countries that purchase Russian oil and gas and extend sanctions against Iran.
