According to documents shared by lawyer Daniel Wallach on X platform, the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals has rejected Kalshi's motion to suspend the enforcement of New York state gambling laws during the appeal period. The New York State Attorney General can seek injunctive relief and recover illegal gains from Kalshi in the New York County Supreme Court.
