[Yushu Technology's IPO Online Subscription Winning Rate May Be Only 0.03%, Holding Over 16 Million RMB May Secure One Lot] BlockBeats News, August 6: Based on the usual estimation practices of the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market, Yushu Technology's online subscription winning rate for its IPO on August 10 may be only around 0.03%, which is just a fraction of the previous popular stock Changxin Technology (winning rate 0.47%). Of the approximately 40.4464 million shares planned for public issuance, only about 6.47 million shares are allocated for initial online issuance. According to the rule of 1 allocation number per 5,000 RMB of Shanghai Stock Exchange market value, holding over 16 million RMB in the Shanghai market may secure one lot. Currently, Yushu's founder Wang Xingxing holds 31.29% of the shares, while external shareholders include Meituan (9.65%), Sequoia China (7.11%), Matrix Partners China (5.45%), Xiaomi Shunwei Capital (4.425%), CITIC Securities (4.49%), Alibaba, Tencent, and ByteDance holding 0.673%, 0.596%, and 0.596% respectively. The Beijing Robotics Industry Development Investment Fund holds 3.83%, Shenzhen Capital Group approximately 2.55%, and the China Internet Investment Fund holds 2.11%. Yushu Technology's revenue in 2025 is projected to reach 1.699 billion RMB, with a net profit excluding non-recurring items of 591 million RMB.
