Circle announces the launch of USDC and CCTP on the X Layer network

Circle announced the official launch of USDC and cross chain transfer protocol CCTP on OKX's Layer-2 network X Layer. The X Layer team plans to collaborate with ecosystem applications and protocols to migrate liquidity to native USDC.
