GnosisDAO initiates GIP-152 governance proposal, votes to decide whether Gnosis App should be split independently

GnosisDAO initiates GIP-152 governance proposal and votes on whether to split the Gnosis App into an independent company led by the original team leader. The proposal has been launched on Snapshot, and voting will end at 22:19 (UTC+8) on August 12th. The required number of statutory votes to take effect is 75000. Community members can vote on whether to support separating the Gnosis App from the GnosisDAO system through a snapshot.
