According to Bloomberg, Nasdaq Inc. has agreed to acquire all equity of LeveL Markets, a US over-the-counter stock trading platform, for an undisclosed amount. Nasdaq President Tal Cohen stated that LeveL will provide the company with greater flexibility in its execution methods and liquidity services. LeveL was launched in 2006 with the support of multiple banks, and Nasdaq became a shareholder in 2021 along with Bank of America, Fidelity Investments, Citigroup, and other institutions.
