[Dinaro Joins EU MiCA Stablecoin Registration List, EMT Issuers Increase to 43] According to Cointelegraph, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has updated the MiCA registration list, adding Slovenian electronic money institution Dinaro to the list of electronic money token (EMT) issuers, making it the first institution from Slovenia to be included. Dinaro is regulated by the Bank of Slovenia, provides payment services, and holds a Mastercard principal membership. The total number of EMT registrations has reached 43, while the asset-referenced token (ART) list remains empty, and the non-compliant entities list stands at 167. Two new crypto-asset service providers (CASPs) have been added: Partners Banka from the Czech Republic and Volksbank Beilstein-Ilsfeld-Abstatt from Germany, bringing the total CASP registrations to 325. Czech company Altlift has been removed from the list.
