[Grayscale Amends Zcash Trust Registration Document, Plans to List on NYSE Arca] Grayscale has submitted the fourth amendment to the registration statement for the Grayscale Zcash Trust (ZEC) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, planning to list the trust for trading on NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol ZCSH. After listing, authorized participants will be able to subscribe to and redeem trust shares. As of June 30, 2026, the trust holds approximately 2.3% of ZEC's circulating supply, with a net asset value of about $155.2 million. A subsidiary of Digital Currency Group is in discussions to subscribe to trust shares with approximately 200,000 ZEC, but no binding agreement has been reached yet.
