[J.P. Morgan Asset Management: Investment-Grade Bond Issuance Surge Not a Concern, Market Stabilization Likely to Attract Large Buyer Return] Odaily Planet Daily News – J.P. Morgan Asset Management portfolio manager Kelsey Berro stated that the investment-grade bond market will experience a busy issuance period in September, but demand for corporate bonds remains strong, and concerns about the large supply may be overstated. On Monday, Berro noted that market expectations for September's issuance volume range widely, between $175 billion and $250 billion. She mentioned that credit bond portfolio managers believe that even if supply reaches $250 billion, "it’s not a problem," though the final issuance volume remains uncertain, making it harder for market participants to prepare in advance. Berro warned that if the large supply in September is smoothly absorbed by the market, investors currently on the sidelines may quickly enter the market. She said, "Funds will flood into the market." Any signs of market stabilization could attract a significant return of buyers.
