The first proceeds from Hyperliquid AQAv2 will enter the aid fund on October 3rd, with a scale of approximately $20 million
The first proceeds from the Hyperliquid AQAv2 mechanism are expected to enter the Hyperliquid Assistance Fund on October 3rd, with a scale of approximately $20 million, which will be used to repurchase HYPE tokens. AQAv2 is a stablecoin mechanism announced by Hyperliquid in May this year, with 90% of the profits allocated to the relevant mechanism, followed by 100% for repurchasing and destroying HYPE tokens. Coinbase has been designated as the fund deployment party, while Circle is responsible for technical deployment. Both parties will pledge HYPE to participate in this mechanism. Analysts predict that this mechanism could add approximately $135 million to $160 million in HYPE repurchase pressure annually.
