I made a pact with the Green Party to unify all democratic forces in the country, expand their presence in the Electoral Council, and reverse the rules that enable fraud in Colombia. To once again ensure the Hash lock on PDF documents used to upload E14 forms to the network, making them unmodifiable at any time. We agreed that the two candidates vying for the third spot—Guillermo Rivera from the 'En Marcha' party and Javier Salamanca from the Green Party—would participate in a consultation with the congressmen and congresswomen who were part of the Coalition for Life, without the participation of the Pact. The Green Party majority never showed up to the consultation and decided, sacrificing the very likely inclusion of Javier Salamanca, to hand over their votes to the right-wing Cambio Radical. They sacrificed not only their potential magistrate from the Green Party but also another magistrate who could have ensured electoral transparency and political freedom in our country.
