According to CCTV News, Iran's Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Reza Reza, stated that Iran has prepared a list of conditions to be presented to the United States. Currently, ships are allowed to temporarily pass through a specific channel in the middle of the Strait of Hormuz, and future passage through the strait will be subject to a memorandum of understanding signed with the United States.
