TRON Proposal No. 107 has come into effect, and TVM is compatible with the characteristics of Prague and Osaka

The proposal of the 107th committee of the TRON mainnet has officially come into effect. The TVM Prague and Osaka compatibility features introduced in GreatVoyage-v4.8.2 are synchronized and enabled, supporting the reading of historical block hashes, adding CLZ instructions, natively supporting Passkey verification for secp256r1 precompiled contracts, and optimizing MODEXP energy consumption.
