According to a report by Mobile Payment Network, Lu Lei, Vice Governor of the People's Bank of China, stated at the 15th China Payment Clearing Forum that intelligent agent payments cannot blur the responsibility boundaries between consumers, industry institutions, and algorithm systems. The People's Bank of China plans to release a self regulatory convention to coordinate agreements and standards.
