According to Iran's Nur News, Hamid Boward, CEO of Iran's National Oil Company, stated on Monday that oil operations on Halk Island have not stopped, denying US President Trump's statement that the island's key oil hub has been destroyed. Hamid Bouvard stated that the current situation on Halk Island is calm and normal, and stated that 90% of Iran's oil exports come from the island. Hamid Boward stated that oil workers have not stopped their oil operations, and contractors are currently rebuilding and upgrading storage tanks and terminals.
