Cronos network recovers blocks, chain state rolls back to before the Tectonic attack

Cronos Network has recovered blocks and gone online, with chain status rolled back to before the attack on the Tectonic protocol. Node operators can upgrade to Cronos v1.7.8 version, which resulted in a loss of approximately $74 million from the previous attack on Tectonic.
