The US SEC and CFTC have postponed the implementation date of the new disclosure regulations for hedge fund Form PF for the fourth time until July 1st. This rule aims to help regulatory agencies grasp the holdings, leverage, and risk exposure of private funds during market fluctuations. In April of this year, the SEC and CFTC proposed an adjustment plan to raise the asset management threshold for private funds from $150 million to $1 billion, but the plan has not yet been finalized.
