Analyst Guo Mingchi stated that Nvidia has restarted the Rubin CPX artificial intelligence inference acceleration chip project, which is expected to be put into production in the first quarter of 2027. The chip has computing power close to standard Rubin GPUs, with a maximum single power consumption of 2300W and equipped with 168GB HBM4 memory.
