Two Thai businessmen sue Tether for early freezing of 42.41 million USDT
Two Thai businessmen, Nutthawat Rukthammachalern and Natthawat Kasamviras, are suing Tether in the Southern District of New York Federal Court, accusing him of freezing 42.41 million USDT in the three months leading up to the issuance of the detention order. Tether has stated that it has collaborated with law enforcement agencies to freeze over $4.4 million in assets, of which over $2.1 million is related to US authorities.
