Anthropic prepares for IPO, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs secure key underwriting roles

According to the Financial Times, artificial intelligence company Anthropic is close to identifying Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs as key underwriters for its initial public offering, and plans to release listing documents as early as next week. Morgan Stanley is responsible for IPO strategic advisory work, Goldman Sachs is expected to serve as a stabilizing price agent, and JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and Barclays are expected to play important roles in the transaction. Anthropic is expected to go public in New York at the end of September or early October.
