Anthropic terminates plan to acquire Decart AI for $6 billion

According to Bloomberg, Anthropic has decided to terminate its plan to acquire artificial intelligence startup Decart AI. Anthropic conducted due diligence on Decart, but ultimately chose to abandon it, and the two parties may still explore other forms of cooperation in the future.
