The Liquid Network was attacked, causing LBTC to overheat, and the network was temporarily suspended and repaired

The Elements software scope verification cache vulnerability was exploited, and attackers minted approximately 4000 LBTCs without BTC reserve support and exchanged them for BTC through SideSwap, resulting in a decrease in reserves from approximately 4205 to 197. The attacker returned 3400 BTC, with approximately 598.5 still to be recovered; Liquid Network is currently suspended and the official is pushing for an emergency repair of Elements v23.3.4.
