The Liquid hacker group accused Blockstream of only investing $1.5 million to secure $5 billion in assets in an on chain message, demanding that Blockstream pay a 10% vulnerability bounty with its own funds, and warning that refusal will result in a loss of 15% for the holder. Hackers have announced that they will release the private key required to decrypt previous conversations, and currently there are still about 600 BTC that have not been returned (source: Bitcoin News).
