A16z crypto releases open source zkVM new version Lattice Jolt, achieving anti quantum security

A16z crypto releases open source zkVM new version Lattice Jolt, replacing the underlying cryptography with lattice cryptography. This version has anti quantum security, increasing the speed of provers and validators by 2-3 times and generating short proofs below 100KB. This scheme is based on the Module SIS assumption and supports ML-DSA and ML-KEM anti quantum standards. The new polynomial commitment scheme Akita was developed under the leadership of LayerZero and completed in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University, University of Southern California, and a16z crypto team.
