Cynthia Loomis: stablecoin issuers should be protected through the CLARITY Act

US Senator Cynthia Loomis stated that Tether's lawsuit for freezing $42.4 million in USDT reflects a regulatory gap, and Section 305 of the CLARITY Act will grant stablecoin issuers and trading platforms the power to freeze illegal funds and exempt them from civil liability.
