Liquid Network has recovered blocks but is currently not processing transactions and is in a controlled recovery phase
Liquid Network updates on the progress of hacker attacks, as of 18:00 on September 10th (UTC+8), the network has entered a controlled recovery phase. The network has resumed block production, but transactions are currently not being processed. Blockstream has deployed Functional nodes and bridge node updates, and Functional nodes are signing and verifying blocks as expected. The anchoring operation, including Peg out authorized by PAK, is still in a suspended state, and the network is in the final recovery phase, including restoring BTC/LBTC reserves.
