Blockstream: Refusing to pay ransom for stolen BTC from Liquid Network

Blockstream has issued a statement clearly refusing to pay ransom to hackers who stole Liquid Network Bitcoin, and stating that it will work with law enforcement agencies, exchanges, and on chain forensics experts to recover the assets.
