Anza launches Solana account rent reduction proposal SIMD-0437 Phase 2

Anza announced that the second phase of the Solana account rental reduction proposal SIMD-0437 has been launched in the mainnet beta version, with the parameter per byte decreasing from 6333 lamports to 5080 lamports, a cumulative decrease of about 27% from the initial level. Users can use the WithExcessLamports command to extract SOLs from token accounts and token minting accounts that exceed the minimum rent free balance, without the need to close the account and without affecting the token balance.
