Citigroup adjusts Bank of England rate hike forecast, expecting rate hikes to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026

Citigroup expects the Bank of England to raise interest rates by 25 basis points each in the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027, previously predicting that interest rates will remain unchanged until the second quarter of 2027.
