Jack Dorsey: Oppose government and top AI companies leading AI development restrictions

Jack Dorsey, CEO of Block, supports the review, independent evaluation, and planning of cutting-edge AI, but opposes industry wide development restrictions negotiated between the government and leading AI companies. He advocates for open publishing to allow external personnel to reproduce results, identify problems, and develop alternative solutions, and to provide models, computing power, and public facility support for independent researchers and security researchers.
