Jamie Selway: US stock market expands to operate at 23x5 from December 6th

Jamie Selway, Director of Trading and Markets at the US SEC, stated that the US stock market data infrastructure is planned to expand to operate at 23x5 on December 6th. Multiple approved exchanges can provide trading during relevant time periods, and currently four ATS offer overnight trading. DTCC has initiated 23x5 stock clearing in June, and there is a possibility of expanding to 24x7 trading in the future.
