The proportion of HIP-3 market trading volume in Hyperliquid has risen to nearly 50%, and the trading volume of RWA perpetual contracts has significantly increased
The HIP-3 based market on Hyperliquid will account for nearly 50% of the platform's perpetual contract trading volume in the summer of 2026, up from around 2% at the beginning of the year, with TradeXYZ's stock market dominating. During the same period, the overall trading volume of RWA perpetual contracts increased from approximately $85 billion/month in January to approximately $470 billion/month in June, with Binance, Hyperliquid, and OKX accounting for over 80% of the market share in this category. Dragonfly Managing Partner Hasib Kuresh stated that the industry needs multiple dedicated blockchains that meet institutional compliance requirements, rather than a winner takes all approach.
