Hyperliquid launches manual lending function, lending assets of $269 million on the same day

Hyperliquid has launched a manual lending function, where users can mortgage HYPE or BTC to lend USDC and USDT. The HYPE loan to value ratio is 65%, BTC is 50%, and the clearing thresholds are 82.5% and 75%, respectively. Mortgaged assets do not generate interest, and USDC and USDT deposited can earn interest. The interest rate varies with the utilization rate of funds and is calculated hourly. This feature lent out assets worth $269 million on the same day.
