Anthropic and OpenAI seek collaboration on smaller scale AI data centers

Anthropic and OpenAI are seeking a 20 to 30 megawatt scale AI data center collaboration project to address infrastructure competition. Anthropic has already negotiated such agreements in the UK and the Nordic region, while OpenAI is also exploring opportunities in the Nordic region.
