The bearish ratio of individual investors in the US stock market has risen to 53%, and institutions say that the reverse indicator is close to the rebound range
According to the weekly survey conducted by the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII), 53% of respondents are bearish on the performance of US stocks in the next six months, while the bullish proportion has dropped to less than 29%. Keith Lerner, head of investment at Truist Wealth, stated that from a reverse investment perspective, the pessimism level of AAII is close to the level associated with market lows. Peter Boockvar, head of investment at One Point BFG Wealth Partners, believes that based solely on the reverse indicators of AAII, the current market has the conditions for a rebound. (Source: CNBC)
