Cynthia Loomis: Democratic Party's stance on disclosure terms for major cryptocurrency investors is contradictory

US Senator Cynthia Lummis stated that the Democratic Party proposed in the Clarity Act to require large cryptocurrency holders to disclose their holdings and sales to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the public, but voted against the inclusion of similar disclosure provisions in the bill during the vote.
