US IPO market cools down, multiple companies delay listing

Only three companies in the United States completed IPOs in September, and Holtec Nuclear and Bamboo Insurance postponed their IPOs citing market conditions. Out of over 24 companies that have applied for IPOs since July, only 9 have completed their listing. Anthropic, an AI company, has not yet submitted its listing documents.
