Ever since I switched to shorting $BTC, my trades have been scarily smooth. Normally, short-term trading has a 50% success rate. When I'm wrong, I cut losses quickly, losing 10k each time. When I'm right, I let profits run, earning 20k each time. That's how I accumulate profits. But recently, I've been consistently right. Since early September: Shorted $BTC from 82,050 at the top to 79,480—nailed it. Shorted from 77,226 to 76,012—nailed it again. Spotted 75k spot price heading to 83~84k, held all the way to 87k—got it right. Shorted at 86,789 at the top, added more at 84,460—right again. Oh, and on BNC, made a 50% gain from 4.5 to 6.78. Called the top, caught the bottom, and called the top again, without hitting a single stop-loss. The last time I got stopped out was August 29th, shorting $ETH. This defies probability. So based on mean reversion, I'm very likely to hit consecutive stop-losses soon. For the remaining 25% of my position, I won’t add more shorts. :)
