Utexo CEO: in talks with Morgan Stanley for USDT to return to Bitcoin, Tether CEO expresses support

Utexo CEO Viktor Ihnatiuk stated that he is in talks with Morgan Stanley regarding the return of USDT to the Bitcoin network and global promotion cooperation. Tether CEO Ardoino expressed support for this. Utexo is based on the RGB protocol and the Lightning Network to carry USDT transfers, and has received a $7.5 million seed round led by Tether.
