CleanSpark completes $2.276 billion senior secured note issuance

CSDC Finance I, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CleanSpark, Inc., a Nasdaq listed company, has completed the issuance of senior secured notes totaling $2.276 billion, with a coupon rate of 7.875% and a maturity date of 2031.
