California prohibits public officials from issuing Meme coins, Newson criticizes Trump for issuing TRUMP tokens

California Governor Newson has signed a bill prohibiting public officials from issuing Meme coins and trading platforms from using public officials' images to list Meme coins, and establishing a mechanism for victims of cryptocurrency fraud to seek compensation. Newson criticized in a statement that the TRUMP token issued by US President Trump resulted in cumulative losses of over $3 billion for nearly 1 million buyers, while Trump himself profited approximately $636 million.
