SiMa.ai, a physical artificial intelligence company, has completed a $150 million Series C funding round, led by Fidelity Management&Research Company and Amplify, Alter Venture Partners、 Dell Technologies Capital, Maverick Capital, Point72, StepStone Group, and others participated in the investment, AllianceBernstein、Baron Capital、 JPMorgan Chase and the Michigan state government have joined, raising a total of $500 million in financing and valuing the company at $1.45 billion.
