The Ethereum Foundation announced that the Glamsterdam upgrade will be activated on the Sepolia testnet on October 6, 2026 at 21:53:36 (UTC+8). This upgrade integrates Amsterdam and Gloas, introducing ePBS (EIP-7732), block level access list (EIP-7928), and Gas pricing adjustments (EIP-8037, EIP-8038). Node operators need to update the client, while mainnet users and ETH holders do not need to operate.
