Aiden Pleterski will defend herself in the fraud trial

Aiden Pleterski will defend herself in a Toronto jury trial on charges of fraud exceeding CAD 5000 and money laundering. Ontario Superior Court Judge Shaun Nakatsuru dismissed Aiden Pleterski's request for an extension and stated that he would object on her behalf to isolate uncollectible evidence. Aiden Pleterski denies the allegations. Investors paid $40 million, but bankruptcy proceedings only recovered $3 million.
