CBOE rose over 6% in pre-market trading and signed an exclusive authorization agreement with S&P Dow Jones Index for 25 years, valid until 2051. It continues to have exclusive rights to trade S&P 500 Index options and collaborates with S&P Dow Jones Index to explore new products such as tokenized option contracts.
