Coinbase's CT-USD trading pairs enter bidding mode and do not match transactions for at least 10 minutes

Coinbase Markets announced that CT-USD trading pairs will enter bidding mode, where users can submit limit orders and view indicative opening prices. The order book will remain in bidding mode for at least 10 minutes, during which no trades will be matched. Orders that can be matched after the bidding is over will be executed at the opening price.
