Ostium launches recovery portal, over 90% of affected users can fully recover their losses

The Arbitrum Ecological RWA Platform Ostium has launched a recovery portal. In response to the attack on July 15th, 3321 affected wallets (accounting for 90.59%) can fully recover their losses. Users with losses not exceeding 1000 USDC can fully claim before December 29th. Users with losses exceeding 1000 USDC must choose to claim 1000 USDC or participate in the second phase of the proportional recovery plan before October 30th. Ostium has recovered approximately 650000 USDC, and the remaining assets in the OLP vault are about 30% of the pre incident holding value.
