HSDT completes $15 million stock issuance, plans to increase holdings in SOL or repurchase shares

Solana Treasury's HSDT has completed a $15 million stock issuance, with a 5% premium over net asset value and accompanying warrants. The proceeds will be used to increase holdings of SOL or repurchase shares. HSDT currently holds approximately 2.3 million SOLs worth approximately $274 million.
