Strategy Inc maintains a 12% dividend yield on STRC preferred stock and announces two cash dividends of $0.5 per share

Strategy Inc announced that the annualized dividend yield of STRC preferred stock will remain at 12%, and announced two cash dividends of $0.5 per share, to be paid on October 31 and November 15, respectively. The dividend paid on November 15th comes with conditions. If the shareholders' special meeting approves the amendment and the amendment certificate becomes effective, it will be registered on the calendar day and paid on the next business day. The expected dividends of the company are considered non taxable capital returns within the tax base.
